Living a consecrated life: Perfecting holiness

Start small and build!

Out of Debt and Insufficiency and into God's abundance!

There is a Bible way for getting out of debt or insufficiency to a place of comfort or wealth!

Whenever in debt or insufficiency, let God's wisdom (i.e. through ministering to the Lord-worship, praise, thanksgiving, rejoicing, etc.- Eph. 5:18-20; Col. 3:16) multiply your available resources for riches and honour are within the province of wisdom- Col. 2:3; Prov. 3:16; 8:18.

Examples in Scriptures where this occurred: 1Kings. 17: 8-16; 2 Kings 4: 1-7; the feeding of the five thousand- Jhn. 6:1-13; the feeding of the four thousand- Mt. 15: 32-38; 2 Cor. 8:1,2.

The question then becomes, how is our faith the victory that overcomes the world? Or rather, how does our faith function as the victory that overcomes the world? we turn to Mt. 16: 15,16.
In the above verses, Jesus asks His disciples who they believed Him to be or who He was and Peter replied that He is the Christ, the Son of the living God. Jesus' response to Peter's answer is that God had revealed it to him (Peter) and that…
